Terms and Conditions of Use

You are solely responsible for the content and information that you Post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display, or otherwise make available (hereinafter, "Post" or "Posting") on the Site or as part of the Service or transmit to other Members (collectively, "Content"), including emails, videos, photographs, voice notes, recordings, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted.

You may not Post on the Site or as part of the Service, or transmit to the Site or any other Member, any material or engage in conduct on or through the Site that:

(i) violates any applicable law or regulation;

(ii) infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others;

(iii) is offensive, inaccurate, profane, intimidating, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful;

(iv) uses multiple accounts for one user;

(v) expresses or implies that any statements you make are endorsed by AMARI CLUB.

You represent and warrant that all information you submit upon registration is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information that subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading, or false.

AMARI CLUB reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor any Content you post on the Site or as part of the Service. AMARI CLUB may remove any Content for any reason whatsoever. AMARI CLUB may suspend or ban any Member who posts objectionable Content.

By Posting Content or otherwise providing it to or on the Site or as part of the Service, you explicitly grant to AMARI CLUB an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to: (i) use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify, and distribute the Content; (ii) prepare derivative works of the Content or incorporate the Content into other works; and (iii) grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing in any media now known or hereafter created.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including: (i) accessing data not intended for you; (ii) attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerability; (iii) attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or Site; (iv) sending unsolicited email; (v) forging headers or manipulating identifiers; (vi) using any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device to retrieve, index, or "data mine"; or (vii) modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Service or Site.

The Site may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking relationships. AMARI CLUB
specifically prohibits any use of the Site or Service for:

a) Using the Site as an escort, prostitute, or for compensated companionship, or using the Service to promote, solicit, or engage clients for escort or prostitution services, or to facilitate human trafficking of any kind;

b) Posting or sending material that exploits people under the age of 18, soliciting personal information from anyone under 18, failing to report knowledge of a person under 18 to us, or continuing to use the site to interact with anyone you know or believe is under 18;

c) Using the Service to promote, solicit, or engage Members to sell or buy illegal substances;

d) Posting incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate Content about yourself;

e) Posting Content that is not entirely your own;

f) Impersonating or misrepresenting affiliation with any person or entity;

g) Allowing any other person to access a non-public area of the Site, disclosing or sharing your password with third parties;

h) Soliciting passwords or personal identifying information from other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;

i) Posting advertisements, employment solicitations, business or pyramid schemes, or political discourse;

j) Having or maintaining more than one account with the Service;

k) Using the Site or Service for activities that violate any law;

l) Harassing, intimidating, or harassing other Members or Company employees;

m) Using the Site for any competitive purpose;

n) Recruiting for pornography, modeling, escort sites, or brothels;

o) Commercial Use as defined in Section 4;

p) Any other use that violates any applicable law.
