Please note that, due to the nature of our service (elite dating), we collect information that may be considered sensitive. Financial Information: Data related to your income level or net worth (for "elite" status verification), although we do not store complete banking details directly; these are processed by our secure payment providers.
Verification: Copies of identity documents (INE, Passport, License) if you choose to verify your profile (these are deleted or stored securely after verification).

Contact Data: Email address and mobile phone number.
Interactions: Records of your "matches," "likes," and blocked users.
Communications: Content of messages sent and received within the platform (subject to automated security review).
Activity: Usage time, access frequency, features used, and searches performed.
d) Technical Data
IP address, device type, device ID, operating system, app version, language, and network operator.
e) Location Data
Geolocation: Precise GPS coordinates (with your explicit permission) to suggest nearby matches.
Approximate Location: Derived from your IP address if precise geolocation is disabled.

Amari Club operates in Mexico and the United States. By using the service, you understand and consent that:

Despite our security measures, no Internet transmission system or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore:
No Absolute Guarantee: Amari Club CANNOT guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to our service. You do so at your own risk.
Exoneration for Breaches: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amari Club will NOT be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Unauthorized access to your account (hacking) by third parties.
Data interception during transmission.
Vulnerabilities inherent to Internet infrastructure.
User actions or omissions (such as sharing passwords).
User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your device.
We retain your personal data while your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the service. If you decide to delete your account:
Your data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
We may retain certain information for an additional period (up to 90 days in backup copies) or longer if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Amari's service is strictly restricted to individuals over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will immediately delete such information and close the corresponding account.
